VedPay is a payment coordination website developed and operated by Vedhant Khajuria. Using an account means accepting these terms. For assistance, email hello@vedhant.in.

How the service works

VedPay creates UPI app links, shareable payment requests, and activity records. It is not a bank, stored-value wallet, or independently operated UPI payment network. Your bank and chosen UPI app execute and confirm person-to-person payments. Merchant checkout, when enabled, collects payments for the configured merchant; it does not transfer funds to arbitrary users.

Your responsibilities

Use only accounts and UPI IDs you are authorized to use. Check the beneficiary and amount in your bank app. Keep credentials private. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful transactions, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Payment status and disputes

“Unverified” records do not prove payment. Request links may be paid multiple times through external apps. Confirm the original payment before retrying. The “Paid” status applies only to provider-confirmed captured merchant payments. Contact your bank or payment provider for disputes, reversals and settlement questions; also provide VedPay support with the relevant reference.

Availability and account controls

Access depends on hosting, networks, banks and external providers. We may suspend abusive accounts or temporarily pause new activity. Features can be unavailable during maintenance. Contact support about account deletion or data access.

Merchant payments and refunds

Merchant payments are governed by the merchant’s disclosed purpose, pricing and refund terms. Do not make a merchant payment without understanding what it is for. Refunds must be handled through the configured provider and are not initiated by this website.
